Agreement of cooperetion between the Institute of Oriental Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia and the Kuban State University of the Russian Federation
On June 24, 2021, within the framework of the conference dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the the Institute of Oriental Studies, an agreement of cooperation was signed between the Institute of Oriental Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia and the Kuban State University of the Russian Federation.
The agreement was signed by the Director of the Institute of Oriental Studies, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor Robert Ghazaryan, and the First Vice-Rector of the Kuban State University, Doctor of Sociology, Professor Temyr Khagurov.
The agreement aims at developing cooperation between the above-mentioned scientific and educational institutions in the fields of history, sociology, and oriental studies.
During the meeting, Prof. Khagurov stressed the importance of Armenian-Russian relations and cooperation in the region in the scientific and educational fields. The latter also spoke about the Armenian-Russian multi-layered ties.
