On November 18, 2024, at the invitation of the “Assembly of the Peoples of Eurasia and Africa”, Academician Ruben Safrastyan of the NAS RA participated and delivered a presentation at a major international conference on public diplomacy held in Khanty-Mansiysk, Tyumen Region, Russian Federation.
