Free Persian language courses are being offered at the Institute of Oriental Studies, led by volunteer specialist Mr. Alireza Adkanyan from Iran, who arrived in Armenia through the Armenian Volunteer Corps (AVC) program. The classes are attended by both students and individuals interested in the Persian language and Iranian culture.

Given the strategic importance of the Persian language for Armenia—particularly in the context of regional cooperation—these courses present a unique opportunity to study the language under the guidance of a native Iranian expert. This initiative not only promotes a deeper understanding of Iranian culture but also strengthens educational ties between Armenia and Iran.
