The Institute of Oriental Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia extends its warmest congratulations to H.E. Mr. Mehdi Sobhani, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran to the Republic of Armenia, and wishes the people of Iran prosperity and peace on the occasion of Nowruz.
