On October 16, 2025, the 44th Conference of Young Orientalists was held at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia.

This year, the Institute once again brought together young researchers from diverse scientific fields, institutes, and universities. The presentations addressed current and multifaceted issues in Oriental studies.

Participants included young researchers from the Institute of Oriental Studies, the Institute of History, the Institute of Archaeology and Ethnography, and the Institute of Art of the NAS RA, as well as from Yerevan State University, Goris State University, the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian MFA, the Armenian-Russian University, and the Matenadaran.
