The Institute of Oriental Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia is organizing an International Conference entitled "South Caucasus: Contemporary Challenges to Stability and Security." This conference is being implemented as part of the 21T-5F218 program of the RA GPC and will take place on November 28-29, 2023.

Scholars and researchers who are interested in the geopolitical developments occurring in the South Caucasus are invited to participate in the conference.

 Working languages: Armenian, English.

Kindly submit the proposals for the reports topics accompanied by a brief description of approximately 250 words to the Institute of Oriental Studies to the following address:

 conference@orient.sci.am. The deadline for submission is September 20, 2023. A professional committee will thoroughly review all topic proposals and extend invitations to the selected applicants to present their work at the conference. The speeches, in the form of academic articles, will be published in a collection of articles approved by the Institute of Oriental Studies of the RA NAS.

The conference will take place in the meeting hall of the NAS RA presidency (24, Marshal Baghramyan, Yerevan, Armenia).

Travel and accommodation expenses are not covered by the organizers.
